Finished 15-8 overall and 5-1 in conference play, as one of four Brewers to notch double-digit victories in singles... Ended the season with two straight wins in singles... Saw the most action at No. 2 singles, finishing with a 12-6 mark in that slot... Finished 8-15 overall, 7-14 in conference play in doubles with partners Nick Zuczek (5-12, 3-2), Nick Litsky (1-2, 0-0) and Gray Thurstone (2-1, 1-1)... Saw the most action at No.1 doubles, finishing with a 7-14 mark in that slot... Beat Sam Mitteldorf of Chapman University 6-2, 6-2 on March 16, Rex Glickman 0-6, 6-4, 6-4 on March 17, Kevin Wang of MIT 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 on April 8... 2014-15: First Team All-Liberty League Singles…First Team all-Liberty League Doubles…Liberty League All-Academic...finished year with 12-8 singles record and 11-11 doubles record…finished fall season with a 1-1 record at No. 2 singles in dual matches and 1-1 in tournament play…finished 3-3 overall with doubles partner Alexander Luckmann…had a record of 1-1 in dual matches and 2-2 in tournament play in doubles…Liberty League Doubles Team of the Week (10/6, 3/2, 4/20, 4/27)…finished spring season with 10-6 singles record going 5-1 in the Liberty League…defeated David Stanko from #39 Whittier College 6-1, 6-3 (3/18)…recorded 8-8 record in doubles going 2-4 with Luckmann and 6-4 with Nick Litsky. 

2013-14: Finished the year with an 8-7 record at No. 1 singles...posted the top winning percentage of regular-playing doubles with partner Alexander Luckmann with a 5-2 stay at No. 1...totaled a record of 8-10 in doubles...finished the season with an 8-3 Liberty League regular season record in dual matches...combined singles and doubles for a 16-17 overall record...2-0 against regionally-ranked opponents in singles and doubles.

2012-13: Posted a combined overall singles and doubles record of 28-19...finished his doubles stay with a 15-8 record and was 11-4 with Andrew Guzick...Guzick and he went 7-3 in their final 10 matches of the year...6-2 in Liberty League regular season dual match play.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered four years in varsity tennis under coach Neil Rothenburg...earned All-League honors all four years...named North Coast Section (NCS) All-Section...earned a 22-0 singles record and a 16-0 doubles record and was named MVP as he helped his team to a NCS team championship his freshman season...helped team to NCS Division II finals his sophomore and junior seasons and a championship his senior season...NCS Division I doubles champions his senior season...also a member of the Piedmont Troubadours singing group.

PERSONAL: Parents are David Cooper and Kate Mitchell...older brother Steven (27)...majoring in Biology...Plays intramural volleyball...Chose Vassar over Tufts University, Colorado College, Wesleyan College, Hamilton College, and Colgate University.
