2015: Started slow as a senior, but came on late to post another career year for the Brewers...played and started in 22 games for Vassar, hitting .358 with six doubles and 15 RBI...was hitting under .200 for half of the year, before posting five three-hit performances over the last month to raise his batting clip to a career-best .358...was again solid in the field, making just five errors all season...was third on the team in hitting...had a career game in his final contest of the year, going 4-for-5 with three RBI against CCNY...was 3-for-4 with three runs in game one against Bard April 25...chalked up three hits in five at-bats at Manhattanville April 29...had a base hit in 12 of his final 14 games at Vassar...finished tied for third all-time in sacrifice bunts at VC.

2014: Casey had a big time year for the Brewers as a junior...started all 33 games for Vassar in 2014, posting a career-high .333, which ranked 18th in the Liberty League...was 15th in the conference as well in total hits with 40...scored 19 runs and drove in 18 RBI for Vassar...walked 12 times, fifth most on the team...had a dazzling season with the glove, committing just three errors all season at 1B, 3B, 2B and LF...earned All-Liberty League Honorable Mention at 2B...had 11 multi-hit games on the season...posted three hits against Franklin & Marshall March 12...was 3-for-4 against Rochester April 19...had three hits and two RBI in game one against Union College April 27...added three hits, two RBI and two runs against Bard College May 4...went hitless in just eight games all season...had a season-best three RBI against St. Lawrence April 22, as he posted a bases-clearing, game-winning, three-run triple.

2013: Batted .215 with 20 hits, eight runs and eight RBI...started 29 of the 33 games he played in...led the team in sacrificed hits with seven...put out 99 runners and assisted on seven putouts...had a .981 fielding percentage...posted four multi-hit outings...went two-for-five against Rochester March 29...was two-for-three with two RBI and two walks at Manhattanville.

2012: Casey was a solid contributer in his first year at Vassar, seeing action in 30 games, starting 23 times...batted .255 as a freshman, goin 24-for-94 on the season, scoring 11 runs...drove in 15 runs on the year..collected his first collegiate base hit against Cazenovia College...registered eight multi-hit performances, including two games with three hits...was three-for-five with three RBI against Mount St. Mary April 4...again has success against MSMC, going three-for-four with a triple two weeks later...posted his first double of the season at Clarkson April 28.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered two years in baseball at Vista High School (CA) for head coach Rick Lepire.

PERSONAL: Parents are Tom and Leslie Casey...brother to Brent Casey…majoring in history.
