2014-15: Seven Sisters All-Tournament Team…Liberty League All-Academic…finished the year with a 18-4 overall doubles record and 1-2 singles record...was undefeated in doubles during the fall season, earning a 5-0 record with Courtney Geiss, a 4-0 record with Shayna Becker and 1-0 mark with Ava Sadeghi… won her flight with partner Shayna Becker at the New York State Division III Championship…finished 9-4 in doubles in the spring…ended the season on a eight-match doubles win streak...4-1 in conference doubles matches. Â
2013-14: Did not play the fall season due to injury...played two doubles matches with Shayna Becker and won both at No. 2.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Captained two out of her four years as a starter and letter-winner at Mira Costa under coaches Joe Ciasulli and her father, Mark McGuire...first Team Bay League all four years.
PERSONAL: Parents are Debra and Mark McGuire...twin sister is Carly (20)...plans to get involved with Habitat for Humanity and Challa for Hunger...works for the Vassar College Athletic Communications Office...Majoring in Media Studies...picked Vassar over American University, Boston University, Santa Clara University and Goucher College...chose Vassar because, "Vassar had everything and more that I wanted in a college."
