2013-14:
XC: Steady, consistent performer for the Brewers in her junior season on the cross country course...tied for the team lead in races competed in, taking part in all but one, a total of eight starts...second straight season that she missed only one race...finished in the top nine for VC in every start this year...started the year with a 26th-place finish at the Marist Invite Aug. 31, running a 22:06.48...was the fifth Brewer to cross the line at the Vassar Invite, posting a 20:07.30 for 20th place overalll...chalked up a personal-best in a 5k course at the Saratoga XC Invitational, running a 19:16.6 to finish 40th out of 173 competitors...placed 30th overall in her next two races, including the Liberty League Championships, where she ran a 24:27 as the sixth finisher for VC...was the top Brewer at the Late Season Vassar Invite, placing second overall with a 19:36...just missed breaking her personal best at the 2013 NCAA Atlantic Regional, posting a 23:33.8.
2012-13:
XC: One of the team's top competitors for the Vassar harriers...ran in all but one race for the Brewers...finished second among VC competitors with a 16:57 in the 4k Season Starter Aug. 31...was 25th overall and third for Vassar at the VC Invitational Sep. 8, as she rank a 20:35.56...ran a 24:21.2 at the Rochester Pre-Regional Sep. 15...clocked a 19:16 at the Saratoga Invite Oct. 6, finishing as the seventh-best Brewer finished and 48th overall...placed 32nd overall at the Seven Sisters meet, booking a personal-best of 19:27 over the 5k course...rank the Liberty League course in 24:18, earning 33rd place...posted a 20:11.50 at the Late Season Invite, finishing fourth overall...finished the season at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals, as she rank a 24:00.1 time, good for 87th out of 277 runners.
Track: Had another solid spring season for the Brewers, as she competed in nine races...season was highlighted by a win in the 3000 meters at the Upstate Track and Field Classic, as she PR'd with a 10:54.29...had a huge performance in the 5000 meters at the Liberty League Championships, as her personal-best of 18:39.47 earned her a runner-up spot...finished fifth overall at the Matthew Vassar Open May 3 in the 1500 meters, running a 5:00.69.
2011-12:
XC: Finished 14th out of 121, 8th for Vassar, in her first-ever cross country meet at the Vassar Invitational... finished 5th for Vassar at the RPI Invitational with a 3-mile time of 19:06... placed 150th out of 385, 5th for Vassar, at the Paul Short Run... finished 45th out of 217 in 24:00 at the St. Lawrence Pre-Regional... ran a personal-best 19:55 5k to finish 9th overall, 4th for Vassar, at the Seven Sisters Championship, helping Vassar win its second straight title... finished 2nd for Vassar, 12th overall, at the Liberty League Championships with a personal-best time of 23:25... ran 23:26 at the Regional Championships, placing 53rd out of 256, 4th for Vassar.
Track: Was a huge part of the success for the Brewers as a freshman, as she was one of the better newcomers on the squad...ran middle distance along with long runs...saw her first action on the track for VC at the 2012 Willie Williams Classic, running a 5:13.22 in the 1500 meters...finished sixth in the 5000 meters at the Army Dick Shea Open Mar. 30, running a 18:47.22...had another solid run the next week at the Ramapo Roadrunner Invitational, finishing fifth in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:07.73...helped her 4x800 relay squad to a win at the Vassar April Invitational...finished season in the same meet in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:58.92...earned points for VC in the Liberty League Championships, as she finished fourth in the 5000 meters with a time of 19:26.29...earned a win at the Oneona State May Meet, taking the title in the 5000 with a 18:51.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered four years in indoor track and three years in outdoor track at Northampton High School for head coach Nathanial Kraft... was 2nd in Western Massachusetts in the Mile Run in indoor track as a senior... team were Western Massachusets Champions in indoor track her sophmore, junior, and senior years, and outdoor track her junior and senior years... ran a personal best 5:23 in the Mile Run as a senior... A three-sport athlete, she also played field hockey for three years under head coach Kathleen Ralls.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Andrew Ford and Martine Gantrel-Ford...has one sister, Annabelle...majoring in STS.
