Prior to Vassar: James Pace HS Class of '09 Valedictorian… played No. 1 singles and doubles his junior and senior year… selected as captain as a junior and senior… finished 2nd in 32-5A District singles his junior and senior year… teamed with older brother Josh to win 32-5A District doubles as a sophomore… teamed with his brother to finish 2nd in 32-5A District doubles as a freshman… lettered all four years at James Pace… ranked in B18s top 150 in Texas.
Personal: Parents are Reginaldo Jr. and Laura Jasso… born June 10, 1991… father played tennis at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and coached his three children… older sister Amanda played tennis for University of Pennsylvania… older brother Josh is a junior on the Vassar tennis team… is a vegetarian and lists a toasted peanutbutter and banana sandwich with honey and cinnamon as his favorite food... team nicknames include "Stretch" and "Nick the Slick."
