CAREER (As of 4/7): Posted a 57-41 record in singles and a 56-44 record in doubles for a 113-85 combined record… team went 46-27 during his four years... team won Liberty League Championship in 2010... team qualified for NCAA Division III Championships three straight seasons including the programs’s first in 2008... team ranked a program best No. 22 nationally in 2010... reached 100 career wins milestone with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Alex Zara of NYU (10/6/10).

AS A JUNIOR IN 2009-2010: Ranked No. 20 in singles in the ITA NE (Intercollegiate Tennis Association Northeast) preseason rankings… went 18-7 in singles and 17-8 in doubles… advanced to his second consecutive singles semi-finals of the ITA NE Regional Championships as the No. 15 seed… won the Wallach Invitational B flight singles tournament… teamed with Josh Kessler to reach the quarterfinals of the ITA NE Regional Championships… teamed with Andrew Guzick to reach the semi-finals of the Wallach Invitational A flight doubles tournament... fought back from 5-7, 2-5 deficit against John Yu for a 5-7, 7-5, 6-2 win to clinch the program’s first win over TCNJ and improve team record to 9-0 (3/9).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008-2009: Named Liberty-League All-Conference singles and Honorable Mention doubles with partner Greg Katz… went 14-12 at No. 2 singles and 13-12 in doubles… advanced to the singles semi-finals of ITA NE Regional Championships… teamed with Greg Katz to reach the doubles finals of the ITA NE Regional Championships… clinched 5-4 win over NYU with 3-6, 6-2, 6-1 win over Calvin Chou in deciding match (9/17)... earned Liberty League Performer of the Week twice (10/6 and 4/6)… went 8-3 from Mar. 9 through the Liberty League Finals vs. Skidmore on Apr. 19.

AS A FRESHMAN 2007-2008: Named a program-first ITA All-American in doubles with partner Greg Katz… teamed with Greg Katz to win the ITA NE Regional Championships in doubles becoming the program’s doubles team to advance to the ITA National Small College Championships in Mobile, Alabama… named the 2008 Liberty League Rookie of the Year… named Liberty League All-Conference singles and doubles with partner Greg Katz… went 18-8 at No. 2 singles and 17-11 at doubles… reached the quarterfinals of the ITA NE Regional Championships in singles… earned Liberty League Rookie of the Week honors three times and Liberty League Performer of the Week once (10/1)… ended the season with an eight match win streak from Mar. 14 through the Liberty League Finals vs. Skidmore on Apr. 20… went 3-0 against rival Skidmore defeating Carl-Eric Girardin (9/29) and Jared Karlebach twice (3/1 and 4/20).

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Played No.1 singles as a junior and senior... No. 1 doubles as a sophomore… No. 2 doubles as a freshman… lettered four years at the the Dwight School... ranked in the USTA B18s top 350 nationally and top 25 in the Eastern Section.

PERSONAL: Parents are Barry Willner and Sybil Wailand… born May 19, 1989… mother and older sister Maya are Vassar alumnae… majoring in economics… enjoys golf and snowboarding… lists Zeitoun by Dave Eggers as his favorite book.
