Poughkeepsie, NY – The Vassar College Men's Tennis team celebrated Senior Day Saturday afternoon with a 7-0 victory over visiting Bard. Prior to the match, the Brewers recognized seniors

Vassar's fifth straight victory improves it to 10-5 overall and a perfect 4-0 against conference opponents. Bard falls to 5-7 overall and is winless in five conference matches.
Doubles
- The Brewers cruised to three doubles wins against the Raptors to open a 1-0 lead in the match.
- Bauermeister and Kubiak won their fourth straight match after dispatching Bard's top pair 6-1.
- Cattaruzzi and Sondergaard Jensen blanked their rivals at the second slot, 6-0.
- At third doubles, Shrey Choudhary (Farmington, CT) and Sanjay Rajkumar (Olathe, KS) also scored a 6-0 victory and moved to 3-2 as a unit this spring.
Singles
- Sondergaard Jensen clinched the victory for Vassar following a 6-0, 6-1 third singles victory.
- Eugene Lee (Chico, CA) moved to 9-2 in 11 spring decisions with a 6-2, 6-2 first singles victory.
- Bauermeister nosed above the .500 mark at 6-5 with a 6-2, 6-2 second singles triumph.
- At fourth singles, First Year Avery Frekhtman (Woodmere, NY) moved to 3-1 on the season with a 6-0, 6-0 win.
- Fellow First Year Trevor Hajek (Denver, CO) also blanked the opponent from Bard at the fifth slot, 6-0, 6-0.
- Maximus Martin (El Paso, TX) returned to the lineup on Saturday with a 6-0, 6-0 sixth single victory.
