Men's Basketball Set to Host St. Lawrence in First Round of Liberty League Championship

Third-seeded Brewers host first conference tournament game since 2022

Poughkeepsie, NY – The third-seeded Vassar College Men's Basketball team opens play in the First Round of the 2025 Liberty League Championship Tuesday evening against sixth-seeded St. Lawrence. Tip-off at AFC Gymnasium is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. with Live Stats and Video available for those unable to attend.

    • Sixth-seed St. Lawrence at Third-seed Vassar - 6:00 p.m.
    • Fifth-seed Hobart at Fourth-seed Union - 7:00 p.m.

At A Glance
  • Vassar enters the postseason at 16-9 overall and finished 12-4 against Liberty League rivals, marking the first time in school history that the Brewers won 12 regular season conference games.

Scouting The Saints
  • St. Lawrence ranks last in the conference per game in scoring with 62.1 points per game but ranks second in the league in defensive scoring at 58.9 points per contest.
  • Adam Dudzinksi leads the team in scoring with 14.2 points per game, which ranks seventh in the Liberty League, and leads the team in rebounding with 6.6 per game.
  • Dan Anderson is second on the team in scoring with 11 points per game and leads the team in steals with 37 along with Aidan Macaulay adding 6.9 points per game.
  • Andrew Cowan is the team leader in blocks with 36 on the campaign and ranks second in rebounds with 5.6 per game.
  • The Saints shoot 40-percent from the field while going 33.4-percent from the three-point line and 67.5-percent from the free throw line.
Regular Season Matchups
  • The two squads have split the regular season matchups with each team winning on its home floor.
