Troy, NY – Two Vassar Women's Squash student-athletes received weekly recognition from the Liberty League it was announced Monday afternoon. Sophomore 
Charlotte Tobin (Lakeville, CT) earned her second straight Performer of the Week honor, while First Year 
Hope Fireison (Alexandria, VA) was tabbed the league's Rookie of the Week.
 
Tobin continued a strong start to the season, helping Vassar to a 6-2 victory at Fordham on Sunday. Tobin improved to 3-0 on the season following a dominant 11-1, 11-3, 11-0 victory playing at the top position against the Rams.
 
Fireison earns her first career weekly award on Monday after a convincing win at two for the Brewers on Sunday. Fireison joined Tobin at 3-0 on the season after scoring an 11-2, 11-7, 11-0 triumph.
 
Following its first win of the season, Vassar stands at 1-2 heading into a busy home date on November 8 when it will host Wellesley, Mount Holyoke, Smith and Bard.
