#18 Women's Cross Country Places Eighth at Paul Short Run

Brewers score five finishers in the top-100

Bethlehem, PA - The #18 Vassar College Women's Cross Country team raced to an eighth place finish out of 45 scoring teams at the Paul Short Run (White Race) at Lehigh on Friday afternoon as junior Haley Schoenegge finished 10th overall out of 401 total finishers.

Vassar's Top Finishers
  • Schoenegge earned a 10th place finish with a time of 21:17.8 followed by junior Cayley Swaim scoring a 57th place finish with a mark of 22:20.8.
  • Senior Anika Mueller-Hickler crossed the finish line in 63rd position with a time of 22:25.3 along with junior Acadia Helfand posting a career-best time of 22:32.1 for a 74th place finish.
  • Sophomore Chloe Bibula finished in the top-80 with a collegiate-best time of 22:34.7 followed by junior Norah Reade in 103rd place in 22:49.9.
  • Sophomore Elizabeth Lowe tallied a top-160 finish with a mark of 23:12.9 along with classmate Sarah France finishing in the top-170 with a time of 23:15.7.
  • Sophomore Hadley Snell closed out the Vassar finishers with a time of 23:18.2 to finish in the top-180.

  • Senior Nora Goldberg-Courtney set a new career-best time in 23:33.1 followed by first year Cate Feudtner with a collegiate-best mark of 23:35.6.
  • First year Taylor Vogt raced to a season-best time of 24:16.5 along with sophomore Sophia Marchioli finishing with a time of 24:50.5.
  • Senior Max Sandrew scored a new career-best time of 25:00.1 while first year Finola Jackson tallied a new collegiate-best time of 25:50.8.
  • Senior Isabelle Borgstedt crossed the finish line with a time of 26:57.4.
