<strong>Poughkeepsie, NY</strong> - This Sunday, November 3rd, 2024, the Vassar teams are at home and will be playing in their respective semifinal games for a place in the Conference final.<br /> <br /> <strong>Vassar College Women v Marist College Women</strong><br /> At 12 noon the Vassar Women face their Poughkeepsie neighbors Marist College. This is always a tough match-up as Marist is an NCAA Division I school and usually has some very good athletes playing rugby. Last spring the teams faced off at the Beast of the East Final and Vassar edged the Red Foxes 22-20. Marist are unbeaten this fall and will enter the game full of confidence. The teams will also have a B-side game that will follow the first game at 1:30 pm.<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Vassar College Men v Hofstra University Men</strong><br /> The Vassar Men will meet the team that was in the Conference Final last fall, Hofstra University. The visitors will be out for redemption as the Brewers won the final last year despite being reduced to 14-men when Vassar was red carded. The 47-31 win last November snapped a three-game losing streak as the Pride had dominated for a year and a half. The game will kick-off at 3:00 pm at the Vassar Farm.<br />
