Annandale-on-Hudson, NY – The Vassar College Women's Soccer team played its second straight scoreless draw against a league opponent on Wednesday, finishing a road game at Bard in a 0-0 deadlock.
Teresa Zimmer (Long Valley, NJ) posted her fourth shutout of the year for the Brewers.
Vassar, who is 6-0-1 in its last seven meetings with Bard, moves to 5-2-2 overall on the season and to 0-0-2 in Liberty League action. Bard has its record go to 4-2-1 overall and 0-1-1 in conference play.
How It Happened
- Vassar finished the opening 45 minutes with a slim 6-4 advantage in shots and took the only three corner kicks of the first half.
