POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The Vassar College Women's Tennis earned its second Liberty League victory of the season on Saturday as the Brewers defeated RIT 9-0 at Walker Field House.

Sophomore Elyse Duley and senior Tatum Blalock opened up doubles action with an 8-1 victory at three over Anike Galkiewicz and Devon Mills followed by an 8-3 win at two from freshman Iris Li and sophomore Macey Dowd against Gabby Donohue and Abby Murray. The top flight duo of freshman Erin McCusker and junior Sofie Shen completed the doubles sweep with an 8-6 triumph over Kirsten Auble and Jackie Drozd.

Li earned a win at four over Murray 6-0, 6-0 along with Shen defeating Galkiewicz 6-0, 6-0 at fifth singles. Freshman Ananya Krishnan tallied a 6-0, 6-0 sweep of Mills at six followed by a 6-1, 6-2 victory by Dowd at three against Donohue. Two saw Blalock take down Drozd 6-1, 6-2 while McCusker took a 6-0, 6-3 win at the top flight against Auble to complete the sweep.

The Brewers will return to action on Saturday, April 8th as they play host to St. Lawrence on Senior Day.
