MADISON, NJ – The Vassar College men's tennis team concluded action at the 2022 ITA Northeast Regional Championships, hosted by Drew University on Saturday. The Brewers saw rookie duo Fernando Bauermeister and Nolan Kubiak compete in the doubles quarterfinal round of the main draw.

On Friday, the pair opened with an 8-4 victory over RIT's Birko and Movva. In the Round of 16, they squared off against St. Lawrence's Pinto and Heilbronner, recording an 8-5 win to move into the Quarterfinals.

Saturday's match pitted the Brewers duo against TCNJ's Matt Michibatta and Harrison Maitland-Carter and despite a tough fight, Vassar's pair fell by a 3-8 margin in the match.

Vassar has concluded its fall season with ITA action and will resume its season in the spring.
