POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – After winning the Liberty League Tournament and receiving an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III National Tournament, the Vassar field hockey (13-6) has learned its opponent. The Brewers will host Commonwealth Coast Conference champions Endicott (13-6) on Wed. Nov. 10 at 5pm on Weinberg Turf Field.

Vassar earned its second NCAA appearance and league title in program history after defeating Ithaca 1-0 in overtime in the Liberty League Championship game on Sat. Nov. 6. Endicott downed the University of New England 1-0 in double overtime to win its third-straight CCC title and fifth title in the past ten seasons.

The winner of this contest advances to face Middlebury in the second round on Sat. Nov. 13.

Ticket prices (cash only) for Wednesday's game are $5 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students with a valid and current college ID, and children over the age of five. Children under the age of five are free. Tickets will be sold at the entrance of the venue.

Vassar College students for Wednesday's match at 5 p.m. will be admitted for free with a valid Vassar College student ID, complementary of The Brewers Fund.
