Out of the break, the Violet pressure continued and finally broke through the Vassar defense for a second goal. Walsh made a terrific save, but was unable to control the rebound and Charlie Herbertz of NYU collected the ball and put it in the back of the net to give her squad a 2-0 advantage in the 77th minute.
