POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (October 18, 2017) –The Vassar women's soccer team hosts the Herons of William Smith this Saturday, October 21st. In what is gearing up to be a true heavyweight bout, the top two teams in the Liberty League standings will go head-to-head on Gordon Field. Before Saturday's match, the Brewers will honor Carolina Alvarez and Amanda McFarland in a Senior Day ceremony.

• Megan Barwick has been dishing out assists this season with six on the year, good for second in the Liberty League.
• William Smith certainly does not give away goals, and has allowed just four goals this season.

 
Against William Smith All-Time: The Brewers are 0-18-1 versus the Herons all-time, dating back to their first meeting in 1988. In last year's matchup, the Brewers fell 1-4 at Cozzens Field.
