th minute, when RPI finally managed to break the dead lock, then push for a second goal not long after. Sophomore goalkeeper
Adam Warner (Tenafly, NJ/Tenafly) made three saves during the contest, while several field players saw shots miss the target or deflect off the cage.
A Look at the Dutchmen:Union College is currently 8-8-1 this season, holding a 2-4-1 Liberty League record. A Look at the Liberty League: St. Lawrence (6-0-1) has clinched the top seed and right to host the No. 4 team in the conference, while No. 2 RPI has also clinched rights to the other home game with a 6-1-1 standing in league competition. Hobart is currently third with a 3-2-2 record and 11 points with one Liberty match remaining against RIT. VC occupies the fourth spot, but can move up the standings with a win over Union on Wednesday. Skidmore (2-3-1) can also play its way into the tournament with wins over Bard and Union, but will need help from the rest of the league.
Home Field Advantage: The Brewers are 8-2 this season at Gordon Field, and will have an opportunity to bolster their home record against Union on Wednesday. VC's only losses at home have come to ranked opponents, and the squad will have a chance to get to nine home victories for only the second time since 2000.
