POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (April 26, 2013) - This Saturday, April 27, 2013 the Vassar College Men will take on the University at Albany with the kick-off at 2:00 p.m. on Vassar's home field.

The Brewers have had a difficult spring season after a very successful fall. In all but one of their spring games they have put together some good periods of play and scored points but their Achilles heel has been mistakes leading to turnovers.

One aspect that has seen considerable improvement has been the tackling for in the last two games they defended very well against big opponents. They will need the same resolve and technique tomorrow against Albany.

The Vassar Women were due to play Marist in the season finale but a host of injuries means that they don't have enough players to compete. Thus the game has been cancelled. The women finish the year at 11-5-2 and were runners-up at the Beast of the East Tournament last weekend.
