WILLIAMSTOWN, MA (October 5, 2007) -- Vassar's men's tennis team met perennial power Williams College Friday afternoon, and despite a 9-0 setback, head coach Ki Kroll saw continued improvement from his young team. The loss drops Vassar to 1-1 in the fall season.
"Playing Williams is always a challenge for our guys, and despite the loss I saw some good things from our team this afternoon. We will clearly use this match and build on it as we prepare for the Wallach Tournament in two weeks."
