Jack Ferriter comes to Vassar College in the summer of the 2015-2016 season.
Prior to Vassar Ferriter coached at Smith College, another Seven Sisters college, where he helped run practices and dry land workouts. Coaching from 2011- 2015, he helped lead divers into top positions in the NEWMAC conference and to the NCAA tournament in 2013.
Ferriter was also the head coach for Northampton High School from 2012 until 2015. During his time there he lead his divers to first places finishes for the Western Mass Championship in 2013 and 2014, and the top eight positions in the State Championships.
Ferriter dove at Keene State College from 2008 until 2010 helping the Owls earn a first place finish at the NEISDA championships. After transferring to the University of Massachusetts Amherst he graduated with a BS in psychology specifically focusing on athletics. He plans on making head way in helping athletes improve physically and mentally.
