Seth Eisner finished his second season as an assistant coach at Vassar College in the 2014-15 season. Eisner and the Brewers posted a 19-8 overall and 10-6 Liberty League record as the Brewers punched their first ticket to the Liberty League Tournament since the 2007-08 season during the 2013-14 campaign. While there, the Brewers earned their first Tournament victory in program history. 

Additionally, the Brewers posted the most League wins in program history with 10, the most single season wins with 19, as well as garnering the 2013-14 CBOA Schoenfield Sportsmanship Award Recipient. Eisner was part of the Liberty League Co-Coaching Staff of the Year, and also placed five players on the All-Liberty League squads.

Eisner came to Vassar College after a successful stop as an assistant at Oswego State. At Oswego, Eisner served as the program's recruiting and academic coordinator, while also handling administrative duties, scouting, game preparation, video exchange and on-court instruction. 

During his two years at Oswego, the Lakers compiled a 45-12 record. In 2011-12, Eisner was a part of the first undefeated conference season in school history, while coaching the team to its second NCAA tournament appearance in school history. Eisner was the top assistant to the 2011-12 State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Coach of the Year and National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) East Region Coach of the Year. 

Eisner coached two-time SUNYAC Player of the Year, two-time NABC First Team All-American and East Region Player of the Year, Chad Burridge in 2011-12. Eisner also played a key role in the development of 2012-13 SUNYAC Player of the Year, NABC Third Team All-American, and two-time NABC East Region selection Hayden Ward from 2011-2013. In Eisner’s two years at Oswego State, he coached five All-SUNYAC selections and six SUNYAC All-Academic selections.

In addition to his work at Oswego, Eisner has also been on the Elite Camp Circuit, working such events at Yale University, University of Pennsylvania, Brown University, University of Rochester and Siena College.

Eisner is a 2011 graduate of Allegheny College (PA) where he earned four letters in men’s basketball, while acquiring a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics with a minor in religious studies.

Eisner matriculated to Allegheny from Fox Chapel Area High School in Pittsburgh, PA, where he captained his squad to a Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) Class AAAA Section title. He holds the all-time record at Fox Chapel Area for 3-point field goals and was a "Fabulous Five" All-North selection his junior and senior years.

Eisner recently completed his Master’s Degree in business administration from SUNY Oswego. He currently resides in Poughkeepsie, NY.
