Alperstein, the team’s leader in total victories so far this season, posted a 7-1 record at the final Northeast Fencing Conference show of the year, helping the Brewers to a 3-1 afternoon. Alperstein fenced just five times in the opening three matches, winning all five, while allowing some other members to get some valuable playing experience. Against Sacred Heart in the last match of the day, Alperstein went 2-1 while helping the epee team to a 6-3 record over the Pioneers.
