2010-11:
XC: Finished top 3 for Vassar in 2 races... scored points for Vassar in 6 races... Finished 6th of 100, 4th for Vassar, at Vassar Invitational… finished 35th at Liberty League Championship Meet… at NCAA Atlantic Regional Meet finished 72nd of 268, 3rd for Vassar.
Track: Ran on school-record-setting 4x1500m Relay at the New Jersey Invitational... also ran a personal best 8:58.90 for 3000m, the second-fastest time in school history, at the same meet... twice broke 16 minutes for 5000m, running a personal best 15:45.64 at the Conn College Silfen Invitational and 15:52.30 at the Matthew Vassar Open, finishing 3rd overall (1st for Vassar) in both races... ran on winning 4x800m Relay at the Conn College Silfen Invitational... ran 16:00.80 for 5000m at the Liberty League Championshis... ran personal best times of 4:17.74 (1500m) and 2:10.73 (800m) at the Ramapo College Roadrunner Invitational... ran a personal best 33:44.18 for 10000m to place 5th overall at the Monmouth Season Opener... placed 4th overall in the Discus Throw at a dual meet vs. Bard.

Twice named Liberty League Rookie of the Week (9/7/09, 9/14/09)... in his first three college appearances at Vassar, Hamilton and Stevens Invitationals, finished 4th overall, 2nd for Vassar twice and 3rd for Vassar once, respectively… 26th place finisher at Liberty League Championships… finished 26th of 296, 3rd for Vassar at ECAC Championship Meet… finished 88th of 264, 4th for Vassar, at NCAA Atlantic Regional Meet.
Track: Ran a season best 16:19.22 for 5000m at the Liberty League Championships... ran a season best 9:28.28 for 3000m at the New Jersey Invitational... ran a season best 4:18.47 at the Capital District Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Walter Johnson High School...Lettered in four years of cross-country...Named All-Conference and 3rd Team All-Maryland in 2008....Team was undefeated in Maryland during senior year...Finished 9th at Montgomery County Championships and Maryland State Championships senior year...Also lettered in three years of indoor track, and three years of outdoor track...Was part of 4 x 800 meter relay team which finished 3rd at Maryland Outdoor Track Championships, and 4th at Maryland Indoor Track Championships...Finished 3rd in Montgomery County in indoor 3200 meter race, and 6th at 3200 meter race at Regional Championship meet.
