Men's Tennis Swept By No. 13 Johns Hopkins

Match Results

BALTIMORE, MD (March 5, 2011) --  The Vassar College men's tennis team suffered a 9-0 sweep by the ITA No. 13 nationally ranked Johns Hopkins University on Saturday.

"We lost 9-7 at number one and two doubles so those were close matches," said head coach John Cox. "We had some missed opportunites there and that set the tone for the entire match."

The Brewers (4-2) fly to Southern California for the six match Spring Break trip that begins with Occidental on March 7 at 10:00 a.m. They play No. 26 ranked Whittier, No. 7 ranked Kenyon, and may face as many as three nationally ranked opponents in the Stag-Hen Invite.
