POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (October 27, 2009) – Following her recognition as the Liberty League Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, junior Carolyn Demougeot added another line to her athletic resume on Tuesday as she was named the Eastern College Athletic Association (ECAC) Division III Upstate Co-Offensive Player of the Week. The honor is the first ECAC award of Demougeot's career.

Demougeot recorded five points for Vassar as the Brewers went 2-0 in league play this weekend. She netted Vassar's first two goals in a 3-0 win over Clarkson on Sunday, while recording five shots, three on goal. In Vassar's 2-0 win over St. Lawrence on Saturday, Demougeot recorded an assist. Demougeot leads Vassar in goals (nine) and points (21) and also has three assists on the season.
